This work is a new creation, having just been taken out of the kiln in May 2024. 關さんは2018年に独立して多治見市に工房をかまえられ、これから益々の活躍が期待される作家さんで、自ら採取した土を使い、いびつに回転する自作の手回し轆轤を用いてオリジナリティーの高い作品を造られています。年に2，3回しか窯焼きをされないため、世に出る作品はそれほど沢山ありません。 Seki opened his own studio in Tajimi city in 2018 and is expected to become more and more active in the future. He creates highly original works using clay he collects himself and his own handmade potter's wheel, which rotates in a tortuous motion. 關 共歩作陶、志野ぐい吞です。ピンクの柚子肌に白釉をうっすらと掛けた志野らしい作品で、關先生の作品の特徴であるいびつさはあえて封印されています。本作品は2025年6月に窯から出されたばかりの新作で、三越の展示会にも出品されました。 Shino guinomi (sake cup) made by Kyoho Seki.
