This is a Kuro-yū (Black Glaze) guinomi by Morio Asahi.
本作品は、黒灰釉によって落ち着いたマットな暗褐色に焼き上げられ、静かで趣のある佇まいが魅力です。器の表面に残る箆取りの跡が豊かな表情を生み出し、端正な造形を引き締めています。
The piece is fired with a black ash glaze, resulting in a subdued, matte dark brown surface that gives the guinomi a quiet and refined presence. The marks left by the spatula work add rich character and texture to the surface, while enhancing the clean, well-balanced form of the vessel.
