Shino guinomi (sake cup) fired in a hole kiln ("anagama"), made by Tasuku Mitsufuji. This is a new work created in 2025.

やや厚めにかけられた白釉から覗く緋色の火間や柚子肌で作られた景色が素晴らしい作品です。見込みには美しい貫入が見られます。
This piece is remarkable for the scenic effect created by the fiery red "hima" patterns and textured yuzu-skin surface glimpsed through the rather thickly applied white glaze. A beautiful network of cracks (kannyū) is also visible on the interior.

書道家でもある先生の箱書きの木箱も作品の一部です。
The wooden box, inscribed by the artist who is also a master calligrapher, is itself an integral part of the artwork.
