“Aurora Oribe” square plate 5-sun (approx. 15cm) made by Tetsuou Ogawa, fired in an anagama kiln.
オーロラは、通常の織部とは異なり、還元焼成と長時間の焼き入れにより偶然に現れ、本作品は、淡い織部グリーンから深い織部グリーンへのグラデーションが料理を演出してくれます。
Aurora Oribe, unlike regular Oribe, appears accidentally through reduction firing and prolonged glazing. In this piece, the gradient from pale Oribe green to deep Oribe green enhances the presentation of your dishes.
