This exceptional piece displays an intense, deep black color that can be considered the ultimate expression of Seto Black. Unlike many Seto Black works, it does not feature kairagi (a distinctive cracked glaze texture), but instead presents a refined surface that is primarily matte with a subtle luster, creating a sense of depth and quiet elegance.
