安南手（あんなんで）とは、ベトナムから伝わった陶磁器の技法で、呉須（ごす）と呼ばれる青色の顔料で絵付けした後に焼成することで、釉薬の下で呉須の絵柄が滲み、アンティークのような独特な風合いが生まれるのが特徴です。
Annan-de refers to a ceramic technique that originated in Vietnam. Designs are painted with a blue pigment called gosu (cobalt) before firing, and as the piece is fired, the gosu patterns blur beneath the glaze, creating a distinctive antique-like appearance.

光藤先生は安南手の作品も得意としており多くの作品があります。
Mitsufuji-sensei is also highly skilled in Annan-style works and has created many such pieces.

本作品は、高台周りと茶堀周辺も釉薬溜まりにビードロが見られるのがアンティームな中にモダンな印象を与えます。
In this work, pools of glaze around the foot and near the trimming marks produce a bidoro (glass-like effect), giving the piece a modern impression within its antique character.
